We are in need of 1 full-time Talent Acquisition for Hanoi office, Innovatube Solutions sector. The expected on-board time is on October 2017.
Talent Acquisition is responsible for driving Innovatube talent resources by bringing high quality leads for the assessment. The successful candidate will be strategic & has strong sense of company talent requirements, consultative in the approach and highly committed to the hiring targets. This is an exciting opportunity for those who want to grow through challenges in the technology recruitment while contributing to human resources management decision. Key responsibilities as below:
- Deliver the full life-cycle of recruitment for candidates especially in technical positions from job description creation to the end of probation;
- Proactively expand and follow up the candidate pool for effective recruitment result;
- Optimize and continuously improve sourcing channels as well as methods to reach the best & as many high quality potential leads as possible;
- Lead/Deliver recruitment & candidate analysis report when in need;
- Co-ordinate with Marketing team for employment & branding initiatives and deliver tech-related events to attract talents;
- Ad-hoc duties in HR team, e.g: Employee retention, Outsourcing & Freelancing source management.
– Favourable monthly salary package ranging from $800 to $1500 per momnth including fixed salary & recruitment commission.
– Year end bonus (13th month salary)

– Strong target driven mindset.
– At least 1 year experience as a recruiter or head-hunter
– Experience in the startup industry is a plus point;
– Proactive and innovative;
– Fluent English
